I AM MARIA
I am a Creative educator in Communication Skills.
I support people to gain the confidence and skills to be able to connect with others, set boundaries and make the most of their interactions as they keep being authentic and natural.
I never found those skills easy or innate in me. For many years I used to struggle with keeping my music students engaged, setting boundaries with others and managing conflicts with people.
I tried many methods and it took me a very long time to find what really worked and made me still feel like I am being myself, not just a set of rules and behaviours.
Now I am sharing many years of experience in learning and teaching how to have better conversations and make your voice be heard, so you can achieve better communication in less time!
These are not necessarily innate behaviors. They are something you can learn and incorporate into your life. I can help you with this either in a group class or with one-to-one attention. In both cases, you will receive tools you can put to use right away. Using your imagination, connecting with your body, and observing what is happening around you and your own mind, you will gain self awareness, find your own way to feel freer and more present around others so you will easily get through.
